Title21 Software Inc. based in Las Vegas provides an affordable and easy-to-use software for companies looking to automate their Quality Systems. Our company was founded in 2001 with our first product, CAPA Manager™. Customer feedback inspired us to update our program so customers could configure forms on the front end. This change allowed our clients to handle ANY type of quality event, even events that were unique to their company. This upgrade was renamed Quality Manager™ and launched in 2005.

It became clear that organizations needed document management as much, if not more, than quality data management. Staying with the familiar drag and drop interface and workflow management tools that made our Quality Manager a success, we launched our Document Control module in early 2006. Since it fully integrates with the Quality Management module, customers are able to make changes to their SOPs or other documents based on the findings of a CAPA, change control, complaint or other quality event.

Our training module was released in Q1 of 2007. The training module automates the routing, tracking and follow-up of training tasks and certification and fully integrates with the Document Control and Quality Management modules. For example, an audit may uncover a need to revise your SOP, which in turn would require new training. Our Quality Manager Suite not only automates the entire process, but the events that triggered the change will also trigger reports to be emailed to a predetermined list within your organization.

Each module can stand alone, however when utilized as an integrated software solution, Title21 Software Quality Manager Suite allows companies to connect the most vital areas of quality and compliance.
