Training Support
Power User and Administrative Training – Title21 Software provides “train the trainer” training at the customer site which is a unique benefit of Title21 Software. Instead of sending just two persons to training in a faraway state, we will train up to ten people at a time on the use of the system and your automated form, workflows, SOPs, index card, document routing and training curriculum.
Custom Training – Title21 Professional Services will develop a training plan and curriculum to meet your organization’s specific training needs. Custom training can be conducted at your site or at one of Title21 Software’s offices. From a lunch and learn training session to formal system training, Title21 is there to teach you to fish.
On-Site Training – The philosophy of customer delight is reflected in our training approach. Title21 trainers train on-site at your location with your team. And you are trained on your specific processes, database and configuration versus some generic training that has little relevance to your system application.
Remote Training – Title21 offers remote WebEx training support so you can get the training you need when you need it and on the specific topic that you are interested in.

A technical services team member is available to answer your phone calls and emails during normal hours Monday through Friday between 6am and 6pm Pacific Coast time. Extended Technical Support hours are available 24/7 for an additional fee. Every customer is treated like a platinum partner with excellent customer services and you don’t have to pay extra to receive platinum service with Title21 Software.
WebEx Sessions – If you have a question, our Technical Services team can provide real time training to you and your staff with the use of live WebEx demos and sessions.
