Your Project Manager will lead you through the deployment process with clear and constant communication as well as with excellent follow-up. Your Project Manager will also support you in the post go-live stage to ensure that your team is comfortable and working effectively with the new system.

Custom training is held at user sites and is designed to be unique to your specific firm’s processes. Other vendors may require your staff to travel to their site, and be trained on their ‘canned workflows’, substantially lessening the value of the training.

Title21 Software also offers validation services for our products. For customers that prefer to have the software hosted, Title21 Software offers a full range of hosted solutions including a no Information Technology Support Needed solution, T21 Cloud.
